driver/etcd: deflake locker ctx-cancellation acquisition wait

TestLocker_CtxCancellation_AbortsLock guarded locker C's acquisition with
an independent time.After(lockerTestTimeout) tripwire that was tighter than
the test's own outer context (3*lockerTestTimeout). On slow CI runners under
-race a stalled etcd round-trip tripped the 30s timer even though Lock(ctx)
would still have acquired within the 90s budget.

Drop the goroutine+select+timer and call Lock(ctx) directly: the outer ctx
already bounds it, so the test can neither hang nor flake on the tripwire.
