Simplify script-module comments migrated to script_engine.md

- visitor.hpp: drop 33-line Visitable_/CRTP prose block (now in
  docs/methodology/script_engine.md §Visitor Machinery), keep a one-line
  pointer
- visitor/domain.hpp: remove dead commented-out STL find_if block and
  step-narration comments around AddInterval merge logic; live code intact
- node.hpp: remove tab/space section labels (Hierarchy, Nodes that return a
  number, Action nodes, Leaves, Math operators, Comparisons)
- visitor/evaluator.hpp: remove section-banner restatements (Expressions,
  Binaries, Unaries, Functions, Conditions, Instructions, Variables and
  constants, Scenario related)
- visitor/constprocessor.hpp: remove constructor restatement; keep
  precondition notes and the payment/numeraire note
- visitor/ifprocessor.hpp: fix typo "in-globing if" -> "encompassing if"

Comment-only; no live code changed. Depends on PR #132 for the doc home.
