docs: add backend/script-pipeline methodology homes for comment trim

Phase 0 prerequisite for the comment-simplification effort: the docs
homes must exist before the source comments are trimmed, so each trimmed
comment can be reduced to a short pointer rather than deleted.

- aad.md: new Backends section covering the load-bearing recording contract
  (Clear -> RegisterIndependent -> NewRecording -> forward -> per-row sweep),
  per-backend zeroing semantics (Adept compute_adjoint residue + ZeroGradientArray,
  XAD registerInput-before-NewRecording, CoDiPack clearAdjoints, native),
  and passive-vs-active tape behaviour. Homing the ~115 comment-lines in
  aad.hpp / tape.hpp.
- script_engine.md: new Parser and AST, Events and Schedules, Simulation and
  Evaluation, and Visitor Machinery sections, so parser.cpp / simulation.hpp /
  event.hpp / visitor.hpp comments can be reduced to pointers.
- README.md: reword the docs-vs-code split to make the migration principle
  explicit (Docs own the WHY; source comments own the WHAT).
- CHANGELOG.md: add the four missing methodology-baseline entries
  (interpolation, log_discount_curve, yield_curve_jacobian, script_engine).

Doc-only; no source files modified, no build or test suite applies.
