Support API token with username or email prefix across all platforms

Introduce a private getCredentials() helper that splits a token on the
first colon into (username, password). The username portion is
rawurlencode()'d so email addresses (e.g. user@example.com:token) are
safe to embed in URLs as user%40example.com.

Apply the helper uniformly to GitHub, GitLab, self-hosted GitLab, and
Bitbucket. For Bitbucket this also removes the previous 50-character
length restriction that prevented email-address prefixes from being
recognised as user:pass credentials.

ATAT-prefixed Atlassian API tokens on Bitbucket continue to use
x-bitbucket-api-token-auth as before.

Add nine new test cases covering username and email prefixes on every
supported platform, including SSH and HTTPS entry points and custom
port self-hosted instances.
