Set default rowsPerPage to 50 and add options

Change cart view pagination to use a default page size of 50 (was 10) and add rowsPerPageOptions [50, 100] so users can choose larger page sizes for the cart listing. This increases the number of items shown by default and exposes selectable page size options.
