fix: correct Scheduler and Path type annotations for batched inputs

Scheduler.__call__ and Path.sample typed t as FloatScalar but training
passes batched Float[Array, "n_batch 1"]; widened to FloatLike. Path.sample
x0/x1 were typed as unbatched " n_dim" but are always called with 2D
batched arrays; updated to "n_batch n_dim" with matching return type.
