* fix(operator): always apply vMCP PodTemplateSpec strategic merge patch

Remove the builder.Build() == nil early-exit in applyPodTemplateSpecToDeployment.
PodTemplateSpecBuilder.isEmpty() only enumerated a subset of PodSpec fields,
so user customizations like runtimeClassName and topologySpreadConstraints
were silently dropped on VirtualMCPServer Deployments.

Strategic merge patch is a safe no-op for {}, matching the EmbeddingServer
caller behavior from #5104.
