Add geometry-aware frontier selection to search (#136)

* Add frontier selection policies to search

- add a separate frontier-selection policy seam with legacy and geometry-aware selectors
- keep published profile 0.1.0 stable and add a geometry-aware 0.2.0 profile
- update the search protocol/spec package and validation coverage for the new behavior

- preserve the two-parameter published searcher type while selecting the frontier policy internally
- avoid per-branch embedding/spec clones in the common search path by reusing moved embeddings and shared specs
