Remove participant/biospecimen files query

Delete the ParticipantAndBiospecimenFilesByStudyId GraphQL type and remove its corresponding field from QueryType. Also remove the participantAndBiospecimenFilesByStudyId query entry from single_search_es.yml. Cleans up the unused/obsolete query and related configuration.
