feat: add AI signpost for GDA to generative-standard card (#1251)

The AI signpost for GDA is added to the base GDA card in answers-search-ui. The theme also provides a generative-standard card that overrides the default behavior and is updated here to include the AI signposting. The generative-custom example in the test-site is updated with the AI signpost as well.
