Tests now use bot account (#755)

* test/mediawiki-api-test.js now requires TEST_BOT_USERNAME and TEST_BOT_PASSWORD env variables to be set when running the test - othwerwise the suite is skipped

* README: leave a note about a bot account setup for tests

* wikidata-test.js: use a bot account to run tests

* WikiData: use www.wikidata.org and https protocol + introduce the async logIn() helper

* doRequest: improved debug logging with failed requests response body

* Add environment variables for test execution
