Commit Message

Capture functest pod logs and debug info on unexpected pod disappearance (#4345)

When the functest pod crashes or gets evicted mid-test, the script
currently fails with no useful diagnostics because the pod is already
gone. This change streams pod logs in the background so they are
captured even if the pod vanishes, and dumps pod events, namespace
events, and node conditions to help diagnose the root cause.
