feat(tcc-abnt): improve build robustness and performance

This commit introduces several improvements to the `tcc-abnt` template pipeline, addressing issues found during a real-world TCC compilation.

- **`build.sh`:**
  - Adds a guard to detect and clean corrupted `.aux` files, which previously caused "ghost builds" that failed to update the PDF.
  - Optimizes compilation by preserving the `latexmk` cache (`.fdb_latexmk`), enabling much faster incremental builds.
  - Disables `.synctex.gz` generation to reduce unnecessary I/O.

- **`template.tex`:**
  - Configures `abntex2cite` to render bibliography titles in bold (`abnt-emphasize=bf`), aligning with IFAM's ABNT standard.

- **`crossref.lua`:**
  - Fixes the Pandoc filter to correctly find `fonte` and `width` attributes in images, regardless of Pandoc version.
  - Ensures the `fonte` caption appears below the image by forcing a paragraph break.
