refactor(BorrowerProfile): use KvTextLink and KvIconButton in SummaryCard

Per review feedback, replace the hand-rolled <button> elements with shared
@kiva/kv-components primitives: the anonymous loan-use "Learn more" button
becomes KvTextLink (matching the inline text-link pattern used elsewhere in
BorrowerProfile, e.g. LendersAndTeams and PreviousLoanDescription), and the
PII info-icon button becomes KvIconButton (size="small"), which provides a
44px minimum touch target. The info icon's inline alignment next to the
borrower name is tuned with a negative vertical margin.
