* feat(docs): LLM example mirrors + IndexNow submission

Wire docs-kit's exampleMirrorsPlugin and indexNowPlugin into the docs
build (bumps @humanspeak/docs-kit to 2026.6.16), porting svelte-markdown
PR #319 to this repo.

- exampleMirrorsPlugin emits /examples.md + /examples/<slug>.md mirrors,
  surfaced to LLM agents via the llms.txt discovery index. Works against
  the dynamically-derived examples index via the docs-kit 2026.6.16
  folder-discovery fix — no static index array required.
- indexNowPlugin submits changed URLs on `vite build --mode indexnow`;
  `deploy` now runs `build:indexnow`. Adds the per-domain key file.
- Convert the scoped-motion-classes example to the `const sections`
  pattern so its mirror carries full prose + fenced demo source.
- gitignore generated example mirrors and llms*.txt outputs.

* feat(docs): add per-page h1 for example detail pages (a11y/SEO)

The 54 example detail pages render only <ExampleV2> sections, which emit
no <h1> — so each page had no top-level heading. Adopt docs-kit 2026.6.16's
context-driven h1:

- Render <SeoH1 {seo} /> once in the root layout. It emits an <h1> only
  for pages that set seo.h1, so pages whose chrome already carries one
  (BrutIndexV2 index, markdown docs, comparison pages) are untouched.
- Set seo.h1 = { title, mode: 'sr-only' } on every example detail page —
  a screen-reader/crawler heading with no visual change.

Verified: example detail pages go 0 -> 1 h1 (sr-only, 1x1 clipped); index
and docs pages stay at exactly 1 h1 (no duplicates). Mirror titles are
unchanged since seo.h1 mirrors each page's ogTitle.
