feat: add Homebrew Cask distribution for macOS GUI (#135)

Add a Homebrew Cask for the macOS GUI plus a CI job that auto-updates the tap
on tagged releases, and fix the macOS PyInstaller bundle so the app launches:

- spec: place Tcl/Tk dylibs at the Frameworks root (dest ".") so _tkinter.so
  can resolve @rpath/libtcl8.6.dylib instead of hitting a directory.
- deps: cap tkinterdnd2<0.4.4 to avoid the Tcl 9 tkdnd build that is
  incompatible with the bundled Tcl/Tk 8.6; GUI degrades gracefully if tkdnd
  fails to load.
- cli: escape literal % in --video-codec help so argparse --help no longer
  crashes (with regression test).
- docs: README documents the Homebrew 6.0.0 `brew trust --cask` step.
