fix: respect default timeout in SetInputFiles

SetInputFiles always sent a hardcoded 30000ms timeout (added when timeout became a required field in the v1.57 protocol roll), which silently overrode Page/BrowserContext.SetDefaultTimeout.

This made TestShouldUploadAFolderRemote flaky: it sets a 60s default timeout for the slow remote folder upload, but the client always sent 30s, so on slow runners the upload exceeded 30s and failed with "Timeout 30000ms exceeded".

Resolve the configured default via timeoutSettings.Timeout() when no explicit timeout option is provided, matching the existing pattern in WaitForFunction.
