fix: SSE socket-leak hang (bb v0.70.2 SO_SNDTIMEO) + event-routes ring 256 (#566)

pin breadboard v0.70.2, which adds SO_SNDTIMEO to bb_sse_writer so a
stalled/closed SSE client no longer blocks send() forever and leaks the
httpd session+socket (socket-pool exhaustion wedged the whole network
stack -- hang, no reboot; reproduced + fixed on hardware). Also raise
CONFIG_BB_EVENT_ROUTES_RING_MAX_ENTRY 128->256 (s2 192): pool/info
(~146B) and bitaxe sensors_miner (~240B) outgrew 128 and were
dropped/truncated on the SSE replay ring.
