feat(facet): counts_for — exact filtered counts for specific categories on demand

Companion to the top-N counts cap: counts_full prices only the top categories per
field, so the long tail is head-only/approximate. counts_for(result, &pairs) fetches
the exact head+tail filtered count for specific named [field, category] pairs (~one
tail fetch each), for when a user expands or searches a long-tail category. Exposed to
JS as countsFor(ids, pairs) on RrfFacets and RrsIndex, returning a Uint32Array (one
count per pair; unknown pair or no sidecar -> 0). Extracts a shared count_category
helper (DRY with counts_full). Test: counts_for_prices_named_categories_exactly.
