feat(v2-M5): add ./pubsub subpath export, metadata, behavioral e2e smoke (#74)

- exports map gains a `./pubsub` subpath (+ typesVersions entry) so the bus
  can be used outside React: `import { PubSub, createPubSub } from
  'use-pubsub-js/pubsub'`. attw all-green for the new entry (incl. node10 via
  typesVersions); publint clean.
- description updated (no longer "wrapper of pubsub-js" — now dependency-free);
  keywords add event-emitter + zero-dependencies.
- e2e smoke is now behavioral (08-V4/V15): asserts createPubSub + the ./pubsub
  subpath in both CJS and ESM, and does a real subscribe -> publish -> tick ->
  assert-delivery against the built artifact. 6 e2e tests (was 2).

107 unit tests, 100% coverage, lint/tsc/build green.
