Do not consider the IIIF manifest url to be a URL on the search results page (#5973)

On the show page, we use the `SolrDocument#doc_electronic_access` method,
which specifically excludes IIIF manifest urls from displaying as an
Available Online link for the user.

This commit reuses this method in the search results page, avoiding the situation
where the search results page promises, for example, "2 Online Options" but the show
page only has one.

Also some slight refactoring to reduce mutation.
