Add reset for the Operator version to MIMO (#4920)

* operator reset step

* reset operator version initial

* initial cut at making things use clienthelper so that it's easier for MIMO

* strip unneeded stuff out of the clients + move the single k8s interface dep out from being on the struct

* regen mock

* oops

* add some operator syncing tasks

* add an e2e test which hopefully covers some of the deployer code
