Inject Google Tasks resource via pydantic validation context (#347)

Replace GObject's custom __init__ with a model_validator that binds the
Tasks service resource from the validation context, so construction is a
uniform model_validate everywhere and resource never travels through the
validated payload (avoiding the extra='forbid' workaround in _update).

Fixes #346
