Experiment Logging to YAML

Work in progress to generate YAML-like files with the main objects involved in a generation experiment. The goal is not to produce loadable files that can be restored to Python objects, but to generate documentation to allow reproducibility. Mostly done with __repr__ and __str__ methods.
