Inline deepcopy_with_sharing into View.clone (#340)

Replace the single-use deepcopy_with_sharing utility with a memo-seeded
deepcopy in View.clone. Pre-populating the memo with the shared objects
gives the same sharing semantics (database, pages and query are shared
with the copy; view-specific state is deep-copied) without the generic
utility's dead __deepcopy__-swapping hack, which the sole caller never
exercised.
