* chore(deps): bump all dependencies to latest and migrate to pnpm 11

Tooling baseline refresh ahead of the lint/release modernization:

- packageManager bumped to pnpm@11.9.0; migrate the build-script
  allowlist from package.json `pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies` to the
  pnpm 11 `allowBuilds` map in a root pnpm-workspace.yaml (esbuild,
  unrs-resolver). example/pnpm-workspace.yaml migrated likewise.
- Major bumps: typescript 5.9 -> 6 (add ignoreDeprecations "6.0" for
  the legacy es5 target/node10 resolution), tsdown 0.18 -> 0.22,
  jsdom 27 -> 29, release-it 19 -> 20, @release-it/conventional-changelog
  10 -> 11; vitest/coverage 4.0 -> 4.1; react/react-dom/@types/react,
  @testing-library/react to latest.
- example/: react 19.2.7, vite 7 -> 8, @vitejs/plugin-react 5 -> 6,
  @types/node 25 -> 26, eslint-plugin-react-hooks/refresh, globals 17,
  typescript 6, typescript-eslint 8.62. pnpm auto-added the fresh
  vite@8.1.0 / @vitejs/plugin-react@6.0.3 to minimumReleaseAgeExclude.
- GitHub Actions to latest across ci/e2e/release/pages: checkout v7,
  setup-node v6, pnpm/action-setup v6, configure-pages v6,
  upload-pages-artifact v5, deploy-pages v5.

The ESLint/Prettier/Husky/lint-staged stack is intentionally left at
its current versions because PR #3 removes it wholesale (Biome via
ultracite). Build + tests (19) + coverage + lint + e2e all green.

* fix(e2e): install e2e with --ignore-workspace under pnpm 11

The new root pnpm-workspace.yaml makes `cd e2e && pnpm install` resolve
to the workspace root instead of installing e2e/node_modules (e2e has
no own workspace marker, unlike example/). On a clean CI checkout this
left use-pubsub-js unresolved -> ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND. Mirror the
sibling repo and pass --ignore-workspace for the standalone e2e install.
