ci: validate the full feature×test surface with cargo hack (+ fix latent breakage) (#55)

* test: gate cipher-aes-only test items so chacha-only builds are warning-free

`cargo hack clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings` over the feature powerset
surfaced unused test imports/helpers under a chacha-only build (cipher-aes
off): six lib.rs test imports, server_flight's `ee_body`/`CertParser`/
`verify_self_signed_cert_with_cache`, and verify_strategy's `as_ed25519` —
all consumed only by the AES fixture tests. Gate them `feature = "cipher-aes"`
(or `all(test, cipher-aes)`). The handpicked clippy combos missed this
because they keep cipher-aes via default features.
