docs: document commission↔execution correlation by execution_id (#688)

CommissionReport joins to its Execution deterministically by execution_id
(carried on both ExecutionData.execution.execution_id and
CommissionReport.execution_id). Document the idiom prominently so wrappers
don't reinvent fragile temporal pairing.

- CommissionReport struct: correlation section + runnable HashMap example
- order_update_stream / executions docs (sync + async): pointer to the idiom
- docs/api-patterns.md: Correlating Commissions with Executions section
