refactor: extract fixture replay to krabitls_fixtures; hoist in-fn use (#52)

* chore: hoist in-function use statements to module top

Moves 26 in-body `use` statements (subtle, der, ConnectionError, and the
footprint facade imports) up to module scope. The footprint imports keep
their feature gates but collapse the shared crypto/fixture types into one
`any(suite-combo)` block instead of repeating them per function.
