fix(rust): splitset golden paths ../go/testdata -> ../testdata (root move follow-up)

The root move missed five splits-feature golden reads in splitset_build.rs (rrss,
rrss_geo, rrti_term_split) — they use the leading-slash concat form
`/../go/testdata/...` that the first sweep's grep didn't match, and they're gated on
`splits` / `splits terms`, which my local golden run (terms/hotcache/vector/zstd) didn't
exercise. Now `/../testdata/...`; the shared-golden conformance tests pass under splits
and splits+terms.
