chore: migrate from @well-known-components to @dcl core-components

Replace the remaining @well-known-components homonyms with their published
@dcl/* equivalents and bump the existing @dcl core-components dependencies
to their latest published versions.

Component swaps:
- tracer:       @well-known-components/tracer-component -> @dcl/tracer-component
- test-helpers: @well-known-components/test-helpers     -> @dcl/test-helpers
- bump:         @dcl/http-server@1 -> @dcl/http-server@2, @dcl/job-component,
                @dcl/slack-component, @dcl/traced-fetch-component
- add:          @dcl/core-commons; ts-jest (was only present transitively via
                the old @well-known-components/test-helpers, but the jest config
                transform depends on it directly)

Adaptations:
- @dcl/http-server v2 types the server, Router and handler context against
  @dcl/core-commons, so IFetchComponent and IHttpServerComponent now come from
  @dcl/core-commons; IBaseComponent, IConfigComponent, ILoggerComponent and
  IMetricsComponent stay on @well-known-components/interfaces.
- @dcl/test-helpers exports createLocalFetchComponent (the misspelled
  createLocalFetchCompoment from the wkc package was renamed).

Stays on @well-known-components (no core equivalent): env-config-provider,
interfaces, logger.
