fix(e2e): add missing migrations to E2E docker-compose

009_monitor_index, 010_entity_event_dedup, and 010_graph_query_indexes
were missing from docker-entrypoint-initdb.d. The absence of
010_entity_event_dedup caused WriteEntityEvent to fail silently in the
herald (relation does not exist), making test_error_event_recorded and
test_operate_fail_records_error_event always fail.
