Wrap CSTRegressionTests creation in an if(CST_TEST_SRC) guard so the test target is skipped if no test sources are selected (adds a STATUS message when skipped). Change target_link_libraries for the test, gcov and pthread to PRIVATE and keep OptiX/Embree conditional appends, ensuring link dependencies have private scope and avoiding global link propagation. Coverage link options remain conditional on ENABLE_COVERAGE and Debug build.
