fix: keep tooltip inline in inline-flow contexts

The .tooltip wrapper used display:inline-block, which shrink-to-fits to the
full available line width once the trigger text wraps. In an inline-list (e.g.
a NanodashLink), this orphaned trailing content (" · Project [menu]") onto the
next line. Scope display:inline to .inline-list/.inline contexts so the text
flows normally; position:relative still anchors the .tooltiptext. Form-item
tooltips keep inline-block.
