feat(web-react)!: update Radio component to use composition #DS-564

- Refactored Radio to compose layout using Flex and Item components.
- Extracted shared inputPositionToFlexDirection utility used by Checkbox and Radio.
- Added a codemod to add marginY="space-0" for Radio inside Stack with hasSpacing.
- Updated documentation and migration guides.

BREAKING CHANGE: Radio now requires explicit margin management when used within Stack components.
