bench: stale :processing detection — snapshot vs timestamp select

Adds a Benchee comparison of the removed snapshot/MapSet/intersection detection
against the new timestamp-guarded select, across representative queue states.
Confirms the change's core claim: in the healthy (nothing-stale) case the new
select allocates ~none where the old path built a MapSet of every in-flight row
plus an intersection every cycle (~139–1444x less memory; 1.5–6.9x faster).
Snapshot captured against c812fc913 in the file header.
