Infer keyword-only tensor parameters from call sites (#607) (#647)

Bump Ariadne to 0.51.1, which models keyword-only parameters as formal
parameters in the IR (wala/ML#596). A keyword-only parameter now receives
a value number and a parameter position, so a call-site keyword argument
binds to it and Ariadne types it via the call-site path.

Invert `testKwonlyTensorParameterCallSite` accordingly: an un-annotated
keyword-only parameter that receives a tensor only through a keyword
argument now classifies as a tensor and carries a concrete tensor type.

With this and the type-hint path (#646), both routes to classifying a
keyword-only tensor parameter work.

Closes #607.
