fix: strip undeliverable control chars from prompts to prevent turn wedge (#18)

Sanitize prompts at the single input boundary: expand tab to 4 spaces, strip C0 controls (except LF) and DEL, with a one-line stderr warning naming the dropped bytes. Reject prompts that strip to empty with ErrEmptyPrompt, validating before the stream-json replay so a rejected prompt is never echoed to stdout. Document the behavior in ARCHITECTURE.md.
