fix: keep textual year/month/day in sync with normalized date #15

The year/month/day string fields were only ever derived inside toTEI(), so
library callers and non-TEI output paths read them as null even when the
publication date had been correctly parsed into normalized_publication_date.
Populate them from the normalized date in setNormalizedPublicationDate() and
mergeNormalizedPublicationDate(), preserving any already-set values.

Add regression tests covering population, partial dates, and non-clobbering.
