test: preserve diacritics in consolidation query #271

Transliterating accented author/title (e.g. "Dorre" -> "Doerre") used to
break Crossref matching. The refactored consolidation field-extraction path
performs no such folding; removeAccents() has no remaining callers. This
test locks the diacritic-preserving behaviour in; no production change is
needed as the path is already correct.
