Fix search crash on property-less page/database objects (#273) (#274)

Notion's search endpoint returns stripped-down records (trashed or
limited-access pages) that omit the `properties` key. `Page.properties`
and `Database.properties` were required fields, so validating such a
result raised a ValidationError and broke every search touching them.

- Default both `properties` fields to an empty dict.
- Add an offline ObjectList regression test and a cassette-backed
  `search_page` happy-path test that mixes property-less results.
- Make the bootstrap workspace script deterministic: define the expected
  object set, audit/report stray and missing objects, add `--prune` and
  `--audit-only`.
