Markdown: scroll wide tables horizontally in RichText

Wrap the TableSegment visual in an HScroll so a table wider than the
RichText viewport scrolls sideways instead of forcing the whole
document wider than the available width. This matches the existing
code block pattern and keeps surrounding prose wrapping to the viewport.

The nested scroll-dispatch handling explored earlier is left out of this
change: it touches a core input path and belongs with the larger scroll
refactor discussed in the PR.
