feat: make httpd task stack size Kconfig-configurable (B1-273) (#525)

config.stack_size was hardcoded 6144. Add CONFIG_BB_HTTP_TASK_STACK_SIZE
(default 6144, range 4096-16384) and wire it with the standard #ifdef bridge,
matching the other httpd-config knobs (max_open_sockets, recv_wait_timeout).
