fix: raise wifi reconn task stack to 6144 for NVS safeguard-reboot write (B1-330) (#519)

do_safeguard_reboot() opens NVS + writes the boot-fail count from the 4096-byte
reconn task; nvs_open/set/commit can use ~1.5-2 KB, leaving too little headroom.
Bump to 6144.
