fix: add esp_event to bb_http PRIV_REQUIRES (#490)

bb_http.c now registers a no-op ESP_HTTP_SERVER_EVENT handler via
esp_event_handler_register() to suppress event-loop DEBUG spam (B1-306).
This is an implementation dependency that was pulled transitively via
esp_http_server, making the build fragile to esp_http_server's internal
structure changes. Declare esp_event explicitly in PRIV_REQUIRES so the
dependency is explicit and maintained.
