Widen children cache type instead of casting to Block (#260)

`ChildrenMixin._children` holds `Page` and `Database` objects alongside
blocks, as the `children` property's return type already reflects. Widen
`_children` and `_gen_children_cache` to `list[Block | Page | Database]`
so the two `cast(Block, ...)` calls over `child_block.page`/`.db` can go.
