Type IPython display boundary instead of ignoring untyped calls (#257)

IPython ships py.typed but its display_html/display_markdown functions
lack annotations, forcing # type: ignore[no-untyped-call] at each call
site. Centralize the untyped boundary into typed wrappers in utils.py
and route page/view/schema through them, removing all three ignores.
