Update test_all_types column indices for new empty_struct column

The DuckDB nightly (v1.6.0-dev9132) added an empty_struct column to
test_all_types() at index 43, shifting every subsequent column by +1.
Bump the hardcoded column indices in the affected tests accordingly
(struct_of_arrays 43->44 through list_of_fixed_int_array 54->55).
