Merge pull request #435 from hpi-swa-teaching/swt26-g15/PrioQuestionBarchartRework

reworks the priorization question charts from displayig the total numbers voted for each choice (which has no sense, when the host wants to have every choice ranked) to a weighted points systems, where the evaluation awards points based on the ranking, giving the most points to the #1 choice.
