- fix: gate on missing txn, 3x
- fix(dcc_data_post): idempotent `next()` guard so error + end can't both fire it
- refactor: resolve the dccifd connection target at config (re)load
- config: comment out the default `dccifd path` so host/port can be enabled
- refactor: rename hook_data_post to dcc_data_post
- split into reusable `parse_dcc` + `handle_dcc` see haraka/Haraka#3604
- test: cover `parse_dcc`, `handle_dcc`, and a `dcc_data_post` exchange
- test: refactored against test-fixtures 1.7.0 (#17)
